In the aftermath of the Second World War, author George Orwell secluded himself on the bleak, outpost of Jura in the Inner Hebrides off the western coast of Scotland. It was here in the splendid isolation of the western isles that he wrote his opus, 1984. This is a journey to retrace his steps. Það kláraðist bara allt í einu, bara eiginlega án þess að ég gerði mér grein fyrir því. En þannig er það víst þegar það er gaman, þessar vikur sem ég varði á Æfingastöðinni voru einu orði sagt dásamlegar! Og það er frábært að vera búin að fatta það loksins eftir að hafa prófað næstum því allt hitt ;). Til hamingju með það, örugglega ljúf tilfinning ekki satt :).

South African Boerewors with Honey Peas and Carrot and Mustard Mash. 2 South African Boerewors Sausages. 4 medium sized potatoes. 1 cup frozen peas. 1/2 tablespoon wholegrain mustard. Water for 2 saucepans. In a pre-heated oven (200 degree's Celsius) add the boerewors which is arranged whole (circular) on a baking tray with 1/4 of the butter. Cook for 30 - 40 minutes. 31 Days of Cats. Thursday, March 31, 2016. The 31st Day of Cats. I did the unthinkable! I wrote for 31 days.ABOUT CATS! Some said I couldn't do it, others said it would be too hard, and several were simply amazed that I was trying such a complicated feat! And I DID IT! This feeling is amazing, it's the feeling you get when you study so much for a really tricky math test, and then you get 100%. It's the feeling you get when you are running 3 miles, and you are finally on the last lap! I love this feeling.
