Just a guy with an obsession for mountain lakes, beautiful trout, and the pursuit of the big one. Sunday, March 11, 2012. Early season float tubing. Today was the definition of working for your fish! We fished it hard for about four hours and managed to get 3 fish between us. Little did we know this was going to be the best of the fishing we would see today. We managed another two before we made our way over to piute. A little "redneck" engineering helped get the tubes to the next destination.

I think she likes just kicking out on the water and the snacks as much as the fishing but a proud pappa was glad she agreed to spend some time doing what I love. Saturday, August 31, 2013. A good friend and I spent 6 days and over 100 backpacking miles fishing/exploring the Bob Marshall wilderness area. Some of the notable waters we fished were Young's creek, Gordon's creek and South Fork of the Flathead river. We did see a few anglers on Young's creek but all other days we had the rivers all to ourselves. Some of the fish I managed to pull from the area. Scenery from areas we fished.
