Quinoa Salad or fresh fish and a large green salad with coconut oil and avocado. Almonds and some fruit. Fresh fish , especially Salmon and loads of green steamed veggies with olive oil and lemon juice. Green Tea with raw dark chocolate! We all need a little sweetness!
