Monday, August 8, 2011. Kentucky Lake Family Reunion. I am pretty lucky to be able to say that I pretty much have the best family ever, and am so thankful that Marcus gets to be a part of it! It is so fun to watch everyone love on him and spoil him a ton. He is a little ham so he eats up all of the attention and loves it! This picture sums up the week perfectly! Cory rented a jetski one afternoon for everyone to enjoy! This is what happens when Marcus is trying to eat and there are 500 distractions.

Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Here are some pictures from our visit to Omaha while Cory was in Cuba. We had an awesome time with my family and of course Marcus got spoiled the whole time. This one was technically taken in South Carolina while we were strawberry picking. Marcus is getting so strong and big and loves to sit and play with toys. Chilling with one of the awesome lifeguards at the pool. Learning to swim.He is such a fish! Exhausted after swimming all afternoon. Marcus at his first street fair.

Sunday, February 12, 2012. A couple of these videos are a little long, but they are mostly for our family who doesn't get to see Marcus everday! Marcus loves to be outside, which makes me so thankful that we live in such a mild climate for the winter time! Sunday, November 3, 2013. Today is Orphan Sunday, a day to shed some light on the orphan crisis all over the world. It is estimated that there are currently 143-210 million orphans. Worldwide (UNICEF). That number is unreal to me. In the United States there are approximately 400,500 children in the foster care system- 115,000 of them are eligible for adoption.
