Friday, May 30, 2014. Oh My Goodness, Kelli is finished with her elementary school career! I'm not prepared for a middle schooler. She has had a great career in our little school. She started off this year with a student of the week award, and she ended by being chosen to receive the Hope of America Award! The photo above is of the recipients at the civil war reenactment. Baby Kale, Apple and Grape Smoothie. MAKES 24 OZ - 1 SERVING (334 Calories Per Serving). 2 cups Baby Kale. 1 Granny Smith Apple. 1 cup frozen Green Grapes. Place all ingredients in your blender, secure lid and blend until smooth. I use the "smoothie" button on my Blendtec which blends for roughly 36 seconds. That's What We Said.
