Elizabeth has two loves in this world. Minnie Mouse and Dogs. Her first party was held with a Minnie Mouse theme. Grandma De La Cerda made her a delicious chocolate cake. The cost of dinner was $30 and an additional $25 for the wine pairings. I opted out of the wine portion. Craig and Donja Wright. Oddly, Mexico’s drinks of Salt Foam Gold Margaritas and the mini Corona beer called Coronitas paired with freshly made guacamole were served first, but the actual course was served last, causing a great confusion.

Originally, I was just going to have ONE party here at our home in Logan. Several members of my family suggested I come to California for her birthday. Logic was two of us going there instead of 15-20 various family members coming here. Logic held and on May 2nd, Elizabeth and I took off to sunny Southern California. Open, open, open.
