After a few relaxing days in Cusco after finishing the Inca Trail, we caught an overnight bus to Arequipa, Peru, “The White City.” It’s known as the white city because of the white stones that are used in the majority of construction. I'm a pretty confident cook however when it comes to pastry I feel a little intimidated by it however yesterday I decided to make a Quiche including making the pastry from scratch.
