Tuesday, September 9, 2008. Marissa celebrated her first birthday on August 7 th. She had a lot of family and friends come up for her special day. It was a lot of fun. One her favorite toys was a huge stuffed bean bag horse that her dad gave her. Here Marissa is with big sister and cousins. Marissa wanted to share her cake with Papa. She was a little unsure of the cake but it didn't take her long to go to town on it. The damage.we did presents after cake.advice from me: presents first cake last!

Saturday, January 24, 2009. She loved the kitchen/barbaque set that grandma got her. She also loved Chico the horse. It looks just like her grandpa's real one. Grandma and grandpa opening presents. Our Christmas tradition is to make tamale's. We had our friends over and we were able to make them super fast. They were soooooooo good. Looks like you guys are having a blast. Saturday, June 14, 2008. Marissa gives it her all! As you might already know Marissa is a very happy little girl. Even when she isn't feeling good and tired you can always get a smile out of her. We came up with the term that Marissa really gives it her all. When we visited Leah and Eric this last week, Leah talked me into getting my hair cut. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. We had a great chance to have our family pictures taken before we left Utah. Kira is now 6 but is close to being 7. She loves to swim, give love to our dog Chloe and play with her pet shop toys. She loves learning and can't wait for school to start! Luke is now 9 and just keeps getting more handsome. He loves that he has white hair and green eyes, unlike the rest of us. He also gets the best tan ever! He loves to swim, play video games and battle his brothers with light sabers!
