Thursday, August 14, 2014. It's just one of those things. I can't explain it. You either love it or loathe it. I won't recommend it, but if you're feeling up try it, I won't stop you. It's a major hit around my house! At least for the kids. I haven't quite convinced my husband it's edible. :). In the Russell clan we call these *Neesha's Best Ever* Caramel Popcorn Balls because they are the best ever! 1 cup corn syrup. 2 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 can sweetened condensed milk. 25-30 cups popped popcorn (1-1 1/4 cup popcorn kernels; 4-6 bags). Combine flour, seasonall or salt and pepper in gallon zip bag. Cut breasts in half or thirds. Shake breast in flour until well coated.
