Except, now being slightly carb conscious, I use wholewheat spaghetti instead of traditional lasagne sheets. I also used orange sweet potato for the top layer instead of regular potatoes. Preparation and cooking time: 1 hour and 15 minutes. Pinch of ground black pepper. Pinch of smoked red chilli flakes. 750g orange sweet potato in small cubes. Sliver of softened unsalted butter.

It was the first fermented product I put on my face (apart from the usual yogurt mask I used). It made my skin glow. Ofcourse my pocket did not glow along with it so I never repurchased it. Homemade Fermented Rice Water:. It was good for the hair though, my hair got really soft when I used it as a rinse after my usual shampoo conditioner.

We took our first meal in Orlando at the Animal Kingdom resort buffet, Boma. Interesting food, but quite pricy! It got even better when we ate at Cheesecake factory!
