Digital love letters to the joy of putting ink to paper. Wednesday, May 20, 2009. The comment someone made today about missing my blog. Posts made me smile, and then made me want to get off my lazy butt and tell you about this great pen I'm using right now. In violet, ,7mm needle point. Why write with black when you can just as easily write with purple, right? Somehow they make it so. I read the comment about the pen giveaway, and I'm thinking something up! In other news, I'm STILL using the same journal...

Digital love letters to the joy of putting ink to paper. Sunday, May 31, 2009. The Pilot Precise V7 RT. I just finished this pen and I loved it. Here's what I like -. 1) The needle point (in case you can't tell, I'm a big fan of needle points). 3) That the ink actually comes out a little bit uneven. I liked that. 4) The colors are really bright. I do really love pilot pens, though. Finally a retractable to fix the cursed ink leaking problem of the original V7. Great pens and a great post!

Digital love letters to the joy of putting ink to paper. Monday, May 26, 2008. Can't afford to ride a Ducati? Filed in the "What will they think up next" column. My hubby reads Auto Week religiously, seeing how he's a Car Guy. He saved the April 3 issue for me, in which there was an article entitled "The Pen is Mightier than the V12" - a 2008 guide to auto-inspired fine writing instruments. I guess, if you are sitting on an extra $13,500, you can get a Bentley pen. Monday, May 12, 2008.

The Pen Blog: July 2009

Digital love letters to the joy of putting ink to paper. Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Am currently journalling in this moleskin notebook, which I bought, overpriced I'm sure, at the Oakland airport when I realized I had a long flight delay and had no notebook. Hence, I paid $18.95 for this beauty, but to be honest, it really was worth it. Here's what I love about it:. There's a lovely description and history of the moleskine notebooks on wikipedia. The sentence that particularly stuck out at me was:. Anyway, ...

Digital love letters to the joy of putting ink to paper. Sunday, April 26, 2009. Pilot Hi-Tec-C Material Grip Gel Ink Pens. I had this pen come in the big batch I got from JetPens a little while ago (and I know, I stink at regular blogging.). I have started using it, and have to say, I'm really bummed that they appear to be sold out now because they're GREAT! In other news, has anyone checked out the stationary section of Target lately? Digital love letters to the joy of putting ink to paper. Monday, August 17, 2009. How great is Back To School time for pen nuts like me? Target has an entire section devoted to markers, notebooks, and even lunch boxes. Man, it's pen heaven. I've also been picking up notebooks galore. Cuz you never know when there might be a massive Notebook Shortage. Best to stock up while you can (she says, with irony). I wish every month was a back to school month! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Digital love letters to the joy of putting ink to paper. Sunday, May 16, 2010. My new favorite paper/pen-related site is the DIY Planner. They have all kinds of templates of planners/notebooks/etc. Hubby has built an entire planner from the templates. I'm a big fan. Me, I just made a trip to target and found the new line of build-your-own planners in fun colors. I had to snag some of the filler notebook paper, flags and post-its, and monthly tabs. Nice review, Ill have to give one of these a try.

The Pen Blog: April 2010
http://thepenblog.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Digital love letters to the joy of putting ink to paper. Monday, April 26, 2010. Ok, so it's been a while since I've blogged about pens, I know. I'm getting back into pen-gear, though. Here's what's been going on:. 1) Have you checked out the Piccadilly notebooks at Borders? I'm a huge fan of the Moleskine ones, but the price is hefty. So I was in heaven when I saw these in the discount section of my local Borders. For half the price of the Moleskine, I thought it was worth a shot. And it was!
