Also, get ready for people to talk to you while you are lifting. Not a whole lot of lifting etiquette going on. Bench Press: 45x30, 135x20, 185x10, 225x2, 245x1 (up 10 lbs from previous best), 135x20. Hammer Strength Rows: 90x20, 140x15, 240x12, 330x8, 360x6. Cable Lat Pull Back: 40x3x15. The Art of Manliness.

Seems like an ingenious way to learn because it builds upon what you already know about the subject and then any time you get an answer wrong it educates you. Adventures in Paleo Raw Powerlifting. Thursday, February 9, 2012. Great workout today at Metroflex Gym. In Houston, TX. Deadlift: 135x10, 225x5, 315x3, 405x1, 425x1 (previous PR in this cycle was 415). Only 16 days to the USAPL Aggie Showdown. In College Station, TX. My first powerlifting meet in 19 years. I can't wait to get back to it! Day 27 of my Paleo Low Carb diet and things are moving in the right direction. I have gained 5 lbs of fat-free mass and lost 9 lbs of fat. Location: Houston, TX, USA.
