Deadlift: 135x10, 225x5, 315x3, 405x1, 425x1 (previous PR in this cycle was 415). Only 16 days to the USAPL Aggie Showdown. In College Station, TX. My first powerlifting meet in 19 years. I can't wait to get back to it! Day 27 of my Paleo Low Carb diet and things are moving in the right direction. I have gained 5 lbs of fat-free mass and lost 9 lbs of fat. Location: Houston, TX, USA.
