Janice Webber, Webber Art Gallery,. Janice Webber – Artist. Tai Chi 4 Health. Janice Webber – Artist. She has been a member of the Dartmouth Visual Arts Society since 2006. She has been able to increase her knowledge and added the mediums of oils and acrylics with studies with local Nova Scotia artists. She was very excited to start and be part of the new gallery called the Webber Gallery (formerly BBTC Gallery). Janice is the resident artist but welcomes other artists to display their art.
