Tuesday, June 28, 2011. I have been MIA for a while. I just haven't had much to blog about. Two weekends ago I got sick and was in bed most of the weekend. Last week I was busy running around like a mad woman. And this past weekend was spent relaxing with some friends in Pacific Grove and I didn't take a single picture! I'll be back soon. Monday, January 21, 2013. The hubby and I had some friends over yesterday to watch the 49ers play the Falcons. It was an intense atmosphere at times, but the Niners managed to win and are now heading to the Super Bowl! So freaking excited. The hubby gets to go to the Super Bowl; I am still trying to talk my way into getting that invite (hubby's friend is paying for them because they had a bet). Tuesday, January 8, 2013. Wednesday, May 25, 2011. I had a successful evening last night. I have been SUPER busy and have barely had any down time, so usually when I have a free night after work (which isn't often) I like to enjoy grabbing takeout, vegging on the couch and do nothing but watch some shows on my DVR. And made my first camera strap cover. I was happy with the results and can't wait to make myself one! After all that, I was ready to relax with the dogs while watching the Biggest Loser finale. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. Trip to MN.whaaaat? Pretty sure I'm insane for scheduling a work trip to Minnesota mid-January. It was -11 degrees at one point during the day. I mean, really? It's so cold the snow never melts. The roads were pretty clear, but everywhere you look was snow. Crazy! I was there for 2 1/2 days and was never warm, even with Ugg boots, gloves, down jacket and a scarf. Happy to come home to 75 degree weather. I loooooove California! A nice treat since I was homesick for my Bubbas.

Monday, January 10, 2011. So Santa granted my wish and I got a Kindle. Now, I didn't get a case to go with it at first because there are so many options. Skins, covers, zip up bags, dust covers, etc. I finally made a decision, and I'm pretty excited about it. It should be here next week and I can't wait. Pink and polka dots make me happy.
