BlessYourHart!: Let Them Be Little
http://blessyourhart.blogspot.com/2012/12/let-them-be-little.html
Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Let Them Be Little. All but one of my little people showed up for school on Monday, and I honestly think it's because she was sick. She's been feeling icky for a week or so now. Not one single word about last Friday's tragedy was uttered from their mouths to me in the classroom, in the hallway during our restroom breaks, or while lining up for lunch. I gave them an inch and they took a mile, and on this day, I let them have it. Posted by Mrs. Hart. December 23, 2012 at 4:29 PM.

BlessYourHart!: It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas
http://blessyourhart.blogspot.com/2012/12/its-beginning-to-look-lot-like-christmas.html
Sunday, December 2, 2012. It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas. And we all know what that means: the kids are C R A Z Y! They looked at the calendar on Friday, realized it was the last day of November, and almost in unison hollared out "Tomorrow is Christmas! LOL Gotta love 7 year olds! Y'all, I'm a sucker for invitations. I love making them, I love sending them, and I really love receiving them! Makes you feel kinda special, doesn't it? The kids, I mean! The invitations are pretty adorable, too!

BlessYourHart!: March 2012
http://blessyourhart.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 5, 2012. Did I Miss Winter? Did we even have winter here? It's the beginning of March and we are already pushing 80 degrees. Blah. I love the cold weather, I love to get bundled up, I love everything about it. And I was robbed. I think our temps. Have gone below freezing ONE night. That's fine and dandy, of course I don't want my pipes bursting. I just hope and pray we don't have a 200 degree summer like it was last year. Ick! Of course with the coming of Spring, we have new babies!

BlessYourHart!: Teacher! Teacher!
http://blessyourhart.blogspot.com/p/teacher-teacher.html
It's been a loooong time since someone has called me that! But the more I think about it, the more I need to hear it! Something different than "MOMMMMMYYYYY! So, now it's my turn to catch up on all of this technology that has lapped me while I wasn't looking. Here goes! Back when I was teaching 4th grade Social Studies (Texas History is my PASSION! I made this Power Point Presentation for my second ever Meet the Teacher Night! I was super excited to have. See how actively engaged the sweeties are! We dra...

BlessYourHart!: Tuesday Tidbit
http://blessyourhart.blogspot.com/2012/10/so-this-thing-called-job-has-me.html
Tuesday, October 23, 2012. So, this thing called a "JOB" has me completely overwhelmed! When it's been 5 years since you've done anything besides change diapers, watch cartoons, and recite ABC's 123's a thousand times a day, working for others outside of your home can be a little challenging! Let this be a warning: Sometime during the Thanksgiving break, the Christmas holidays, {not Spring Break because we will be cruisin'}, or summer vacation you should be seeing a barrage of posts from this year!

BlessYourHart!: February 2013
http://blessyourhart.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 2, 2013. I FINALLY got my act together enough to send home a class newsletter. something I SHOULD have been doing since the first week of school. Ugh. Better late than never, right? I *think* I'm finally feeling like I have my head above water, and not drowning quite as much. I have an idea of what I'm doing, how things work, and what to expect. Somewhat, anyway. After this VERY short week back at school, we will have 5 full weeks before Spring Break! Posted by Mrs. Hart. It's probably...

BlessYourHart!: May 2012
http://blessyourhart.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 24, 2012. We leave for the beach in less than a week and I've been scrambling to get all of the "necessities" required for a family of four, plus an accompanying (sp? Family of four. Hubs and I have been to the beach oodles of times, even once when Bug was about 8 months old. But never in my life have I attempted to pack for two preschoolers, the Hubs, and myself! It was a few inches longer, but nothing I couldn't work around. Especially in these fun summery colors! Links to this post.

BlessYourHart!: November 2012
http://blessyourhart.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 7, 2012. I've laughed so much this week, I should have dropped a dress size! But that's somewhat difficult when there's tons of yummy food coming at you! Yesterday, my next door teacher, my hand-holder, babysitter, cheerleader rival, and partner in crime, utters these words to a student leaving her class:. And don't motorboat while you're walking down the hall.". Since this did happen yesterday, I've paraphrased somewhat, but she DID use the word motorboat! Posted by Mrs. Hart.

BlessYourHart!: September 2012
http://blessyourhart.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 9, 2012. One of the highlights of being a teacher, for me anyway, is LAMINATING! Not so much the cutting out, but for some reason, there's just something magical about sealing things into hot clear plastic sheets to preserve it forever! One of my BFFs recently purchased her very own laminating machine for her homeschooling use. She let me play with hers and I was in love! That's an amazing price to be able to do that kind of magic in your own home! Posted by Mrs. Hart. Links to this post.
