I used a vintage size 4 hook. Ch 4, sl st in first ch to form ring. Round 1: Ch 3, 9 dc in ring. Join with a sl st in top of ch 3. Turn. Round 2: Ch 3, 2 dc in each dc around - 20 dc. Join.
