I also have botox injections to control the muscle spasm in my feet - see having botox injections. As my host and I have always been very happy with it. I have always wanted to learn how to build a website from scratch using Adobe Dreamweaver, so about three years ago I got in touch with Polar Solutions.

Every 4 weeks payment will be taken directly from my Higher Rate Mobility component of my DLA (and eventually the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility component of my PIP) over the next 5 years.
