That is not fair to his clients who need good representation. I wonder if Alicia is going to be forced to come forward about his illness, for a client’s sake. It was beautifully written and acted because of the subtle detail. I didn’t even pick up on what the judge was doing until Will said something. The possibility of having a bipolar judge, or a judge that is prejudiced is scary to think about. The big question is why didn’t those cases get pursued in Peter’s absence, even though he said to drop them? I think Childs had something to do with that.
