P and A Recipes. Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Pancakes sind dicke Omeletten, die man meist mit Früchtekompott oder Ahornsirup zum Frühstück isst. Dieses Rezept ist wie viele andere inspiriert durch 101cookbooks. Ich habe aber das Mehl und den Zucker weggelassen. 3 grosse Eier, getrennt. Eiweiss aufschagen und kühl stellen. Eigelb mit Kokosnussmilch vermischen, Kokosflöckli und Salz zugeben. Eiweiss unterziehen. In einer Pfanne ca. 1cm dicke Pancakes backen und mit Kompott warm servieren. Friday, May 8, 2009.

Saft von 1 kleinen Zitrone (war schon etwas trocken, also wohl Saft von 1/2 Zitrone). Mischen und über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur stehen lassen. 2 Eier, verquirlt. Zugeben, mischen. For this kale chips, I used the following marinade:. 3 garlic gloves, finelly minced. 3 teaspoon olive oil. 1 bunch of kale, washed and cut in big pieces. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix the marinade and toss it over the kale. Bake the chips for about 10 minutes or until crisp. They are best eaten warm out of the oven. 3 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt. Makes about 15 small cups. 2 cups sesame seeds, soaked in filtered water for 4-6 hours. 1/3 - 1/2 cup raw honey. 1 t vanilla extract. For the chocolate shell, I used this. Recipe on the Nourishing Gourmet blog. Remark: A better option would probably be to dry the sesame seeds for an hour or so in a dehydrator and after that mix it with the other ingredients.
