This is a great recipe that goes well with any Mexican dish. Burritos, enchiladas, nachos, tacos, etc. This is not really spicy at all, but very flavorful. Everyone loved this rice. It is also super easy to make. Adapted from Betty Crocker cooking basics. 1 small green pepper. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 cup uncooked long grain rice.

All about my life! Wednesday, April 20, 2011. I've made these about 4 times in the last few months and they have gotten better each time I have made them! I made these for dessert for a cookout at our friends' house this evening. These are quick and easy, and a hit! You can switch up the topping for blueberry, strawberry, or whatever pie filling you want! JULY: The biggest thing that happened this month was our little Leah was born. Leah Katherine arrived on July 30th, 2010. She weighed 7 lbs 11 oz 21 in. long. Allie loves her little sister. Leah and aunt rebecca. She loves to snuggle. Grammie and the girls. Uncle david came to visit. AUGUST: Loving on Leah and Allie started 1st grade. Allie loves to read to leah.
