So far we’re at 2 CSA boxes— the second being South Central Co-op. 8216;s new “mini box”, which was much easier to use up vs the larger one! And for 2 CSA boxes, here are my 2 favorite recipes made thus far:. Top: Ratatouille’s Ratatouille. Served on quinoa and topped with goat cheese.
