Charlotte's Journey: October 2008
http://charlottepaul.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 20, 2008. Chatting on stage at the Expo about my new Kestrel Airfoil SE. The age group swim start- Kristian is the swimmer right at the bottom of the photo looking straight at the camera- lucky coincidence! With good friend Toby Jones of Art of Tri. Yes Kristian is smaller than me in this photo- he says its because he was so deflated! Sunday, October 19, 2008. The Big Island- off the bike:). A few days R &R is all we seem to need- then we start to get itchy feet! Thursday, October 16, 2008.

Charlotte's Journey: September 2008
http://charlottepaul.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 24, 2008. Aloha from the Big Island. This year we are here nice and early to have plenty of time to settle in and acclimatise to the Hawaii heat. I'm very glad because the sessions we have done so far have been noticeably harder, and knocked us around more than usual. On Sunday we rode the course. The winds weren't all that bad. I didn't have to cling on for dear life- or do the one armed aero position! Here are some photos from around the place. The drive out of the airport. I am di...

Charlotte's Journey: July 2008
http://charlottepaul.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 25, 2008. Home of IM Canada. The next chapter begins. Summer has finally arrived. After my disappointment in Roth I am keen to get back into training. There will be no distractions here and my focus is only to get as fit and strong as I possibly can. We have found some local short course triathlons, so it looks like I will be doing my first Olympic distance race this summer! The harder I work the luckier I get. Time to make it happen. Sunday, July 20, 2008. Thursday, July 17, 2008. Not the r...

Charlotte's Journey: November 2008
http://charlottepaul.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 30, 2008. Photos of my new home. My messy office. I look forward to organizing it post Busso. The "double bike garage", that the cars probably been in only once- when it hailed! The first time we have had a lawn to mow! All we need is 2 kids and a dog. Lovely, lovely SPACE! Our TP kits can stay out all the time, and we don't trip over them. The awesome Noosa Aquatic Centre, as you can see it gets pretty crowded on beautiful sunny days. It stretches for miles. Thursday, November 20, 2008.

Charlotte's Journey: On a roll!
http://charlottepaul.blogspot.com/2009/05/on-roll.html
Monday, May 4, 2009. I know it's crazy. I'm as shocked as anyone. I went into this race with no expectations, no pressure, I was just going to see how I felt. Well, I felt kind of good, so decided to go with it! I was 4 mins 15 off Lisa Marangon coming onto the run and took the lead with just 3 kms to go. Here's some pics, race report coming soon.
