Just another WordPress.com site. February 26, 2013. I now remember why I don’t drink coffee! After months of avoiding it I caved in and had a large mug at lunch. I felt giddy and happy 20 minutes after it, but a couple of hours later and I now feel very sick and slightly dizzy! Does anyone else feel like this too? Luckily, I have recently discovered ginger and hot water. If you haven’t tried this before I would highly recommend you jump on this bandwagon! It is seriously delicious and so good for you!
