Back to New Additions. Harry Sutherland RDP FRPSL. It is my most regrettable duty to inform you that following his recent few months of illness, our dear friend and colleague, Harry Sutherland, passed away Tuesday February 14, 2006. While precise details are not available, it is believed the great man’s heart finally gave out on him. Philately in Canada has come to the end of an era.
