http://recipesfromoutoftheblue-beverly.blogspot.com/2014/07/roast-and-root-vegetables.html

Recipes From Out Of The Blue. Wednesday, July 16, 2014. Roast and Root Vegetables. My favorite main dish has always been a good beef roast! Recipes From Out Of The Blue: Sauerkraut and Weiners

http://recipesfromoutoftheblue-beverly.blogspot.com/2011/08/sauerkraut-and-weiners.html

Recipes From Out Of The Blue. Monday, August 15, 2011. 4-6 slices smoked, fatty, bacon. 1 cube chicken bullion or 1/2 can chicken broth. 4 jumbo hot dogs or bratwurst wieners. Chop bacon and place in a large saucepan over medium heat to fry, stirring occasionally until bacon browns. While bacon is cooking, chop or slice onion and add to almost-browned bacon, stirring till onions are soft and translucent. Cut wieners into bite-sized pieces and add to bacon/onion mixture to lightly saute. Megan said that s...

Recipes From Out Of The Blue: Breaded Okra

http://recipesfromoutoftheblue-beverly.blogspot.com/2012/07/breaded-okra.html

Recipes From Out Of The Blue. Thursday, July 5, 2012. Corn meal and flour from your fancy labeled tubs. With a sharp knife cut the ends off the okra and discard. Then, cut the okra into bite-sized pieces. Pour just enough buttermilk into bowl to coat the okra slices. (I'm still amazed that I could do this and make a picture of it at the same time! Get out your favorite old spoon with slots (that came with the Fry Baby you used in college. Ahem many years ago) and gently stir the okra to coat it thoroughly.

Out Of The Blue: What do you do with leftovers?

http://outoftheblue-beverly.blogspot.com/2012/09/what-do-you-do-with-leftovers.html

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. Monday, September 10, 2012. What do you do with leftovers? I've always been one who likes leftovers - for as long as I can remember. It means I have a meal with very little effort. I was home alone because Mike was working - on a weekend - again. So, it was wonderful to have leftovers to just heat and eat. Is what I did with some leftover pork loin for lunch. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Share Your S...

Recipes from our Suitcase | Vegan inspirations by the four winds

Recipes from our Suitcase. Vegan inspirations by the four winds. Piña Colada Ice Cream (V, GF). April 26, 2015. My dear colleagues left me alone this week… They exchanged our tea time for some cheap tropical cocktails. Christoph is off to the Seychelles and Nicole is doing a crazy wedding-marathon in Mexico. And me? How do I survive until they’re back? I prepare my favourite tropical ice cream, of course. PIÑA COLADA ICE CREAM. 1/2 of a big ripe pineapple, mashed. 1 tin (400 g) of creamy coconut milk.

Caspian's Table | Finding Dairy-free recipes for a Ketokid

Finding Dairy-free recipes for a Ketokid. Let’s rest here awhile. August 19, 2014. We decided to rest awhile. Caspian took 10 weeks to wean from about 12 grams of carbohydrates a day up to 60 grams ( but I fudged from 45 grams) and then to wean down off the fat. It was more of a cliff dive at the end. He is a happy little fellow now with his face full of carbs. His seizures stayed low for a while but they are more frequent visitors now. Yes, yes and yes. He still loves his fat.
