http://charlestonrunning.blogspot.com/2012/06/630-start-time.html
A Charleston area runner who's out to share running info (or just out for a run). Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Our Sunday runs will now begin at 6:30 am. Okay, it's been a while since I've posted. But the group has still been meeting faithfully each Sunday morning. We've had pleasant tempuratures in June up until this past Sunday. It was clear to Matt, Ann and me that things were a bit warm for a seven o'clock start. See everyone at 6:30. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Races I'm Training For.

Charleston Running: September 2011
http://charlestonrunning.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
A Charleston area runner who's out to share running info (or just out for a run). Monday, September 26, 2011. Michelle, Ricky and I were pleased to welcome Rhett to the group. We had a serious day of running. The "short" loop was 14 miles. Ricky and I were going at a fairly serious clip when Tom Mather caught us at the base of the bridge and ran with us back into Charleston. As you might guess, the pace picked up even more as Tom and Ricky began channelling Ryan Hall and Dathan. We had a good crowd on Su...

A Charleston area runner who's out to share running info (or just out for a run). Sunday, January 29, 2012. We had a great race day yesterday at Charlie Post. We got to see Annie's cute young'un. The weather was perfect. Anne got second overall. Cami won her age group. Annie and I both got 2nd in our age groups: "25 - 29" and "slightly older than that", respectively. Gordon made the switch and ran the 15K (the omens were good). A good showing all around. Monday, January 23, 2012. Tuesday, January 10, 2012.

A Charleston area runner who's out to share running info (or just out for a run). Friday, March 16, 2012. Congrats to Cami who got fifth in her age group at the Sarasota Half Marathon. The races just keep piling up. My apologies to Jay, who remembered to set his clock forward. Jay gets props for keeping the streak alive. He caught me on my first mile as he was on his last. I'll remember this weekend. See everyone Sunday at 7:00. Friday, March 2, 2012. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Races I'm Training For.

A Charleston area runner who's out to share running info (or just out for a run). Friday, December 16, 2011. Congrats to Gordon and Ann who both participated in the Kiawah. Half Weather conditions were suburb (wish it had been like that last year). The hectic race calendar now appears to be taking a holiday break. But things will pick back up again in January. Who's planning on doing the Charleston Full or Half? How about Charlie Post? I'll plan to be there.). Friday, December 9, 2011.

Charleston Running: One Week Later
http://charlestonrunning.blogspot.com/2012/12/one-week-later.html
A Charleston area runner who's out to share running info (or just out for a run). Sunday, December 16, 2012. The Mount Pleasant Sunday morning crowd was sparse, just three of us. Since I'm still in my post marathon hobbling mode, I'm fine with a smaller crowd. Only made it about eight today. I will start ramping things up next week. The weather was superb. The top of the bridge was above the fog, so we had a photo worthy view of the sunrise. Wish every week was like that. Races I'm Training For.
