Wire Tree: December 2007
http://wiretreearttoweararttowatch.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 28, 2007. Old cookie sheet to sit the brick on. Bowl of water to quench the hot silver. Fine silver wire- 14 g. So, I've set up a workspace in the basement for the metal work and I'm loving it! For me, designing metal pieces feels more creative than bead work. I love beautiful beads but I'm excited about the direction my work is taking. I'm planning on using the stones as accents in my new pieces and really concentrating on the look of the silver or copper. Beth Lisa Goss, Wire Tree.

Wednesday, June 25, 2008. Oh poor neglected blog. Let's get some new info out there! First of all, I just spent four days staying with my sister-in-law and helping her with her new baby. Oh man, I love newborns! Certainly easier when they're not your own. Gave lots of breastfeeding help which, new moms and moms to be, you're gonna want! Get help- it might not come naturally and it might not feel so good. Next, it's summer vacation for the kids! They're home all the time! I need a plan! Well, as I posted ...

kimberly's corner: Babies!!!!
http://kimberlyatstir.blogspot.com/2007/09/babies.html
Saturday, September 15, 2007. So babies have been on my mind lately. No, not me, but two of my cousins, my old best friend from high school, and another friend are all currently expecting. Baby-mania! And it couldn't be better timing: there was a baby bootie treasury on etsy this week. (Sorry, I didn't capture a screen shot.). One particular artist really stood out to me, because of these:. Your baby can wear Baby Flamingo Feet. Does your baby look adorable in green? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Friday, July 27, 2007. This is my first blog ever :-). A little about myself: I am an artist, playing around with several media. Most of my current work is photography and silk painting. I have other presences on the web, if you want to learn more about me! Http:/ www.stirboutique.com/. Yeah, you know :-). I'm going to use this blog to share about all sorts of things I'm excited about, particularly fellow artists. I'll leave this first post here, but stay tuned because I'll be back for more :-).
