I love climbing PS and bombing down Portal. You've got about a 10 mile climb which takes about forever, and then a 25 minute descent of pure chest pumping bliss. We ran into the coolest group of jeepers I've ever met. One even gave me an ice cold Diet Coke. Best energy I've had mid ride in years! Best part about PS -.

My biking stories. Good and bad. Monday, October 29, 2012. Poison Spider Trail - Moab. This trail is quickly becoming one of my favorites. We went up to the top (8.1 miles) and then headed over on Golden Spike another 2 miles or so. We finished with The Portal Trail descent. IT WAS AWESOME. I can't think of a more excited descent around. not too sure I'll take Jami on Portal for a couple of years. Mag 7 Trail - Moab. This was the worst section. Just flat dirt in the middle of nowhere.
