Sunday, February 26, 2006. Santa Monica Beach Trip. Oh, wait.we were there too. :). We walked on the pier, had sandwiches together at some picnic tables, and took a few pictures. The first one is from the pier looking north toward Pacific Palisades. It was a pretty sunny day with a light breeze, probably 75 degrees or so. Not bad for February. Friday, February 24, 2006. Wednesday, February 15, 2006. Laura, Julie, and I took the kiddos to Sears a few days before our move. Here are a few pictures we got.

Wednesday, February 27, 2013. The Cupcake Cake with Wrapper. If you've read the post for Hannah's 1st birthday or are friends with me on Facebook, then you've seen the cake I made Hannah for her birthday. I invested in a Wilton cupcake cake pan. With the intention of reusing for future birthdays and special events. Then I became super adventurous by creating a wrapper for the cupcake out of candy melts. (I found these directions. Otherwise, this worked out great and I'm looking forward to doing it again.

Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Day Out with Thomas the Train (otherwise known as how I spent my birthday). On my birthday, Corey and I took Jack to Day Out with Thomas the Train. It was a lot of fun! Jack was a bit overwhelmed at first, but he quickly figured things out. They had lots of fun activities, and then the highlight of the day was riding on the passenger cars pulled by Thomas the Train.
