As an athlete and coach, I understand first-hand the limitations of injury on performance. The key is to train smarter, not necessarily harder. Master’s Degree in Biomechanics from the University of Windsor, Windsor, Canada. Certified Exercise Physiologist (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology).
