Just another WordPress.com weblog. Shimla…a welcome relief from India’s heat wave. It got warm enough during the day to not want to be outside, during the morning and evenings it was perfect and at night it was cold. I had forgotten what it was like to not be sticky with sweat…to breath and feel fresh air…well, fresher air. Hard physical labor…with their children strapped to their backs. Just another WordPress.com weblog. After Shimla we spent three days in DelhiI spent it relaxing, shopping and getting coffee with Khushboo. Mom and Jaskaran spent it shopping. The inside of the hotel is decorated beautifullysimple, but regal. Everywhere you look there are small and large marble bowls, filled with water with jasmine (? Flowers floating on top. The Gurudwara’s here are beautiful, but a bit overwhelming at the same time. I never know where to gothe first time I go to a Gurudwara here I am a bit flustered, but subsequent visits usually go alright. Anyways, it was interestingand now I can say I’ve been.
