Ridge View Residential College (RVRC) was formally established in April 2014 as the first Residential College at the main Kent Ridge campus at the National University of Singapore (NUS). RVRC accepted its pioneer batch of Year One students in August 2014, along with 14 peer mentors (known as student fellows from Academic Year 2015/2016 onwards) to help the Year One students on their transitional journey as undergraduates. Centred around the theme of sustainability, the RVRC inter-disciplinary curriculum consists of three modules:. Inter-disciplinary - Sustainability (GEM1917). Writing and Communication (ES1601). Each Year One student enrolled in the RVRC programme will be required to read the following three modules. They are taught year-long, across two semesters. GEM1917 - Understanding And Critiquing Sustainability (Cohort AY2014/2015). GEQ1917 - Understanding And Critiquing Sustainability (Cohort AY2015/2016 onwards). ES1601 - Professional and Academic Communication. These are transferable skills applicable to different contexts students may encounter at the University and beyond. WR1401 - Workplace Readiness.

Welcome to the official Roanoke Valley Radio Control Club website. Guests are always welcome. Come watch us fly from dawn to dusk, seven days a week. Club meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at the RVRC club field at 7pm. AMA Charter Member 638. RVRC is located in Salem on McCelland Street south of 4. Street (the Route 11/460 bypass around Salem). The field is across the railroad tracks and behind the old Timber Truss Housing Systems building. Look for the RVRC sign on 4th Street.
