Ystrday and today were 'induction' days in SAJC. let me go into a brief explanation for this cos pple might get confused. induction is NOT orientation. it's some sort of. let's call it activity, which trains us mentally, physically and emotionally for JC life. let me repeat. it's NOT orientation. orientation's tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. induction is basically torture. Endured 4 hours of talks in LT 2. sneaked out halfway with stella. Teacher: what are you doing here?

Okay, i knew it. i would still blog about our sfc handing over ceremony'06. it was really touching, but i didnt cry. i thought i would leh. so anyways, had the ceremony and then went out to macs for dinner with some of the j2s. for the full story with about 80 photos, head over to the sfc blog. I spent 5 hours on the entries there leh. hahaha.this entry has mostly my pictures, well cos it's my blog. hahaha. Getting an appreciation gift for service. thanks mentors and teachers!

Tuesday, December 27, 2005. I hated the politics. just realised today that everything goes on cool until politics come in, in every single instance, and then it goes downhill. the stuff which comforts me is the knowledge that when i die in this short life on earth and make it into heaven, heaven doesnt have any politics. that, and listening to bossa and jazz. Thursday, October 26, 2006. It's coming soon. oh boy. Can anyone tell me if nightmares of taking exams are normal? Urgh can't wait till 24th nov, 11am. And the problem with me is that i still go out with my friends. but hey, it was for a totally valid reason. i mean, we have to eat right? And we celebrate birthdays (let alone 2 birthdays) only once a yr and the sfc guys are going off for NS next yr which makes. It only seemingly possible to start our celebrations once again when we are like 20 or 21 :(.

Really is an interesting web-site. expresses quite an accurate view of the country with picures and articles, and most importantly, in the view of the country's normal people (like me). The forum does contain tonnes of issues which have crossed our minds (okay, maybe mine) at one time or another and it somehow captures the country's true image underneath all that 4 million smiles image we're trying to desperately prove to others around the world. Sunday, June 25, 2006. Am quite wide awake now. quite surprising. i suspect it's the panadol. Anyways, we celebrated joel's bday today! It was a surprise party and he claims that he didnt expect it. so we were supposed to meet at westmall macs at 11am to study before heading over to his place and set up for the surprise. One thing to note: whenever sfc wants to meet at a certain time, reach at least an hour LATER*. Anyways, whacked econs and lit until 4 something. I'll try to make a better effort to turn...

Wednesday, November 30, 2005. Feel like blogging about random stuff today. cos i'm feeling random. I love the rain. it seems like it washes away everything and makes it clean again. i love walking in the rain cos it's refreshing and all that even though i often catch cold after that. yay. i'm glad God made rain.
