The Shears: October 2010
http://emilygseymour.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 26, 2010. I love this time of year! Well I guess it's a tie with Christmas too but anyways I really do love the fall. The weather is great and the colors are so beautiful! This weekend we took some pictures outside and we also carved pumpkins on Sunday night. We had a great time hanging out with Katie, Freddy and Sharon. I decided to carve "SHEARS" on my pumpkin (because it is my first halloween being a Shears) but the other ones turned out so much better than mine! Us with our boys.

Sunday, June 12, 2011. Well it's been a busy summer and sadly I havent't blogged in months! Since my last post at Easter, we went to see Cousin Briley in her school play, Willy Wonka, had a few friends get hitched, celebrated my 28th birthday and my grandmother turned 90! Travis got me tickets to see James Taylor for my birthday and that was awesome! Love me some JT! I won a Golden Ticket! Amy and Robert getting hitched. Me and Sandy with the pretty bride. Sunday, July 17, 2011. Ahh a week at the beach! We ate some wonderful seafood, had great weather and slept late every morning. We didn't have anything to do but be lazy! I borrowed my mom's Kindle and couldn't put it down! I read 2 books while on vacation! I've decided that's what I want from Santa :). We did some shopping and went to the movies on Sunday when it rained. I got a lot of sun but poor Travis got burnt. * Side note: when it's breezy outside don't use spray sunscreen! Cookie Monster ice cream!

Another Day Under the SON! Monday, April 14, 2014. Spring is here. Flowers are blooming, it is nice to sit out in the sun for a little while and feel the warmth of the sun on my skin. With all this just waiting outside the door, it is interesting how I can wake up in the morning and then my second thought. Another Day Under the SON! Thursday, October 18, 2012. Prayers that go straight to the heart of the Heavenly Father. Prayers that go straight to the heart of the Heavenly Father. At times in my life I have wondered if the Father is hearing my prayers, even thought when I prayed it would take forever for an answer to come or did He even hear me at all. It is said that "hind sight" is always 20/20. Lord, get me out of this relationship. I know I can't be in this and follow You.". Instant answer in my heart...

Another Day Under the SON!: March 2013

Another Day Under the SON! Wednesday, March 13, 2013. It has been a long time since I have written anything on this blog. Once again, I am preparing along side of nine other people to go on a mission trip back to Beius, Romania this summer. Things were happening that I had absolutely NO control over and could not do much to change what was or was to come. Thankfully, God gave me Scott to be able to walk through life's tough times. I am so thankful for him! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). How can you be a par...

Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Cake with the lid on. check the last picture. We had a fun and blessed Easter weekend in Chattanooga. On Friday, I met mom and Katie in Calhoun to shop for a few hours. We enjoyed shopping and being together. Friday night we met up with some friends and had dinner at Hill City Pizza, used to be Mud Pie. We tried the taco pizza and it was really good! Saturday was mom's birthday but unfortunately she was sick! It was still a fun day to celebrate a special holiday with family!
