A Brand New Year! December 25, 2014. December 25, 2014. It’s been a year since I last posted something. This time of year makes me think of several things and helps me put things into retrospect. It is a joyous month for everyone whether they celebrate Christmas or not. It is a time when I think about everything I’ve done this year. It there anything I would change? What can I do to make this year better than the previous one? Should we only make these kinds of commitments when we are starting a new year?

Pressing my footprints into the big wide world – Year Abroad 2013/2014. A description of my university year abroad in Paris, Berlin and Leysin for my family and friends. Settling into my new home in Switzerland. This year the camp location itself is just amazing. A hotel with an indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi and WiFi! Last year in Paris was difficult without WiFi because it just took so much longer to plan lessons when we could only use the connected computers provided and of course, the food is AMAZING!

Monday, July 30, 2012. A Quick Catch Up. The Spring and Summer have flown by (they always seem to). The biggest news. I bought a house! I love it, it's little and perfect for me right now. In April the family (everyone) met in Las Vegas to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. My parents are serving a mission at the mission office in Las Vegas (they get home in 2 days). It was fun to have everyone together, and celebrate my mom. I went on a short trip to San Antonio for a Conference. Jack and the pinata.
