You might have picked up on the little detail before about how much I love Anne of Green Gables. It's not really Mike's sort of thing. And I even gave him the option of not going. His mother and I would go together instead. But no, he said he wanted to go.to be with me. I know, be still my heart. But then I thought. Spirits, sweetheart.". 9 Showin' Comment Love:. The Good, The Bad. Thursday, October 14, 2010. The Good and the Bad of things. Learning that anything pertaining to hearing is not covered by our insurance policy. All hearing tests and devices that were ordered and performed for Cayman - not covered. Thousands of dollars are expected of us. It's been a horrendous week as we sort this out, reminding ourselves that God has been faithful before and He will be again. Hearing aid batteries dieing quickly. I change them out about once a week. When we moved in, bedroom...

The Beautiful Cayman Cindy: Day 1: Bedroom 3 & 4 Remodeling
http://caymancindy.blogspot.com/2010/10/day-1-bedroom-3-4-remodeling.html
Day 1: Bedroom 3 and 4 Remodeling. Monday, October 11, 2010. An entire closet has been removed. A once solid wall has been cut and a new door way exists now - all in order to turn this 3 bedroom house into a 4 bedroom one. What a slick improvement that is! Things evolved so quickly today I did not get in there and capture before pictures. This very low quality picture (below) from our realtor is all I could find of a before photo of the rooms. First step was to remove the closet in the 4th room. A new cl...

The Beautiful Cayman Cindy: Eye Patching
http://caymancindy.blogspot.com/2010/10/eye-patching.html
Friday, October 22, 2010. Eye patching has been an adjustment in this household. Cayman hated it strongly in the beginning, who's to blame her. I hated it. Who can blame me. Once the patch was on, next comes the glasses, which she also hated. Then a few weeks later hearing aids were introduced to her. Oh my goodness! Can I just be honest and tell you that I found myself overwhelmed with emotion from all. Now, 5 months later of glasses wearing, 2 months later of eye patch wearing, and a little over a mont...
