Kids were super excited to spend New years up at the cabin since we haven't been able to enjoy it for a couple of years while we lived out of state. It's That Time Of Year Again - Football. This is from his first game, he got the tackle. This was an awesome play, he was able to strip the ball from the QB. I just thought this was kind of funny, I love the look on the other kids face as he's being push out of the way. Next weekend girls soccer begins. Well I've just spent 30minutes trying to come up with a cute and fun paragraph about this chicken, and nothing is coming to mind except it's good and easy. So that's all you get for today. 1 sleeve ritz crackers or any butter flavored cracker. 1-1 1/2 tsp house seasoning. 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts(cut into strips). 1/2c butter, cut into pieces. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Crush your ritz crackers- I do this in a zip lock bag. Cl ick here for a printable version of this recipe. 8 going on 16.

I especially love it the next morning for breakfast. 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin (libby's is best). 1 tsp vanilla extract. 2 1/2 c. granulated sugar. 2 1/2 c. flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 2 tsp ground cinnamon. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl add oil, applesauce, pumpkin, eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
