Community is pretty dead. But I work at Sears Staten Island, and am one of the only girls working in Lawn and Garden. Do I feel like one of the guys, or what. I've been at Sears for a couple of months now, and I actually really like my job. I'm pretty good at pitching Protection Agreements, and my manager's one of the greatest women I know. Amy Winehouse - "Rehab". I'm a Softlines MCA. At store #1795 (Myrtle Beach). I've been there since late June of this year. I actually started out in Fine Jewelry but couldn't stay in that department because of my availability at the time. So my ASM let me switch to being a MCA, and I've been cool with the position ever since. I get along with most of my fellow associates. MOST. Just pay and some of my fellow associates bother me. I'm preparing for a 31.5hr week plus Family and Friends night.
