Angel, one of the leaders of the village, has such a sweet spirit……you can really feel Jesus all around you. The children in the school were so eager to learn, and the teacher was so gracious in allowing us to take over his class. Version of “Jesus Loves Me” after hearing us teach their children!

Students were truly servants this week. We tubed in San Marcos today and had a wonderful time. It was so much fun to watch the students go down the shoots into the rapids! First Baptist Church is very active in missions in Seminole, Texas, Honduras. FBC frequently sends mission teams to Honduras. The most recent in July of 2014. Was Teachers teaching Teachers. We have had a student completing a mission trip to Spain. We have sent a team to Washington D.C. in July. We sent a Mission Team to Washington State in June of 2014. Solid Rock Student Ministry. Tuesday, June 26, 2012. We arrived at Quest Ranch in Canyon Lake on Monday evening. We unpacked and had a wonderful dinner. Todd and Jase led us in worship. We studied John 7: 37-38 about being thirsty for living water. Please pray that our students thirst for Christ in every day of their lives! We spent the afternoon tubing down the Guadalupe River. The water was soooooooo cold but we had a great time! Our evening was filled with worship and then s'mores.yummy!
