Tuesday, November 23, 2010. I was so happy to see the point reports come in this week. I am especially grateful to be back on track with my eating and exercise, as I had gotten quite lazy recently. And it looks like all of you are taking this seriously, too - 88% of participants got at least 95% of the weekly points this week. That doesn't leave much room for laziness and indulgence! Results were close, but here's how the team rankings fell for Week 1:. 1st Place - BLUE. 2nd Place - ORANGE.

Both calories in and calories out factor into weight loss or gain. So, this week we will try to increase our physical activity each day to burn more calories.
