Let Us Walk Together. Saturday, August 27, 2011. I'm grateful for our time together and look back happily over our mutual growth. Starting back in November with the help of Ben, who was a fellow volunteer at Itipini for three months, we began meeting on a regular basis. Classroom at Itipini Junior Secondary School where most children from Itipini attend grades 1-9. Luleka, Siziwe, Nonzaliseko, Nocwaka, Baliswa, and Zukile. August 27, 2011 at 6:54 PM. We decided to make our way from Cape Town to Mthatha driving along the Garden Route, which is a popular section of the southern half of the country because of its varied landscapes and interesting stopping points along the way. We would also have the opportunity to spend time with one another in our various sites and get a glimpse of what life, work, and play is like in each of our placements. Let Us Walk Together. Saturday, December 25, 2010. Christmas greetings from Cape Town! More to come on how we celebrated together in Cape Town, but I wanted to share a few images from my past two days here. I am so thankful to share this time with Amanda. We've celebrated, laughed, decorated, cooked, sung, cried, given, and received together. It has been a good Christmas so far, and I look forward to the rest of our time here.
