On the day of her birthday, we gave her a piggy that she can snuggle and sleep with, and she LOVES it. We also let her blow out her birthday candles that we stuck in a giant pink cupcake. Wednesday, July 27, 2011. June 2011- Two Birthdays and Father's Day. The second "birth" day of the month was our nephew, Jack. He was born about a week after Richard's birthday, and he was also 5 weeks early. The poor little guy had to spend a week in the NICU, but he's home now and he's doing good. He's very handsome, and we can't wait until he and Cindel are big enough to play with each other. He said it's his new favorite tie. Richard really loves being a father, and he's wonderful at it!

Saturday, December 31, 2011. 14 Month Cindel with "Santa". We had a very nice and relaxing Christmas this year! It was so different from last year when Cindel was still in the hospital. The week before Christmas, Cindel and I got to go to the Green family Christmas party. We do a gift exchange with all the siblings and then Grandma and Grandpa give all the kids and grandkids a present. We had a blast playing games and eating lots of delicious food! I made a game called "Don't Eat Pete" for their dad.

Saturday, November 3, 2012. A Pile of Pictures- Sept. and Oct. 2012. I've been taking a ton of pictures lately, so now it's time to share! In September, we converted Cindel's crib into a toddler bed, aka: "Big Girl Bed"! She loves her "new" bed, even though she still falls out of it several nights each week. Luckily, it sits pretty low to the floor, and we have soft blankets on the floor next to it, just in case she rolls out. Cindel's favorite parts were the hayride and getting to sit on a tractor.

Friday, August 5, 2011. 8 Month Old Cindel, the 4th of July, and Pneumonia! She's getting so BIG! This was her first time in her little swimming pool, and she looked so darn cute in her swim suit! She didn't really love being in her pool, but she didn't hate it either. Maybe next summer we'll get a better reaction out of her. Cindel with her Grammy and Grandad Talley. Friday, June 1, 2012. Busy Month of May. But it also means that she's a lot more of a busy body these days, and she's into EVERYTHING! We love her, but sometimes her level of hyperactivity is out of control. . . if only I had that much energy. Although this month has kept us hopping, I managed to take a lot of pictures of some of the things we've been up to. Yes, there are a ton of pictures in this post, but I think it represents just how jam-packed this month has been. Possibly forget to take her camera?
