I know Plexus claims to curb appetite, boost your metabolism, and help you lose weight. But y'all.it does! If you don't know what I'm talking about, go back and read my post from 7/20). So, it's been 8 days since I began, and I've lost 3-4 lbs, depending on what time of the day I get on the scale. So, let's go with the higher number, right?
