Ramblings of an amateur…. Filling the Screw Heads. Painting the Skiff →. Fiberglassing the Bottom Joints. January 2, 2011. Fiber glassing the joints on the bottom of a boat helps seal the joints to prevent leaking and helps protect the edges of the bottom from wear and bumps. Ramblings of an amateur…. October 16, 2011.
