Although I quit a few times and tried many stop-smoking activities, I was not successful at what is, essentially, a negative activity. Of course, I am not a physician, so you should discuss any smoking cessation plan you want to try with your doctor. My doctor loved my plan, and so did my insurance company because my plan does not require a prescription or medication.
