I may be mad but I am going to be taking on a challenge in December along with a few others from my running group - a December running streak! Already I am wondering how I am going to fit in a run some days but the minimum to run is 1 mile so it may have to be some early morning runs with the alarm being set at 6am and some late night runs once the boys are in bed. On Friday, my three year old son took on the biggest adventure of his life, his first real mountain, and wow did he rock it! The mountain in question is Sugar Loaf, in the Black Mountains, near Abergavenny. With an elevation of 596m, a prominence of 413 meters, and only a 5k hike, up and down, it’s only a baby, but when you’re only three years old, it may as well be Everest. And fair play he didn’t.

I try not to put their name on the shirts, because I want them to wear them all year long and I don't find it safe to have children's name broadcast to strangers.
