Sunday, January 10, 2010. I had a horrible Friday.and when I got off work it just got worse. Further proof that it's my attitude and probably a little bit of sleep deprivation. And not my job issues that get me down the most). I am struck by the frequency. In which I feel like I need to "cope" which is just code for do something fun to. Avoid any discomfort that I feel. At church we are doing a three week series on Worship. The pastor shared the familiar message that its not about us! Links to this post.

Tuesday, June 16, 2009. I feel like one of those bitter people who is about 7 years past retirement qualifications- but wow was I thrilled at noon last Tuesday! Yep- summer vacation is here and it is AMAZING what 7 days can do for the soul! It was indeed a devastating last month or so at work but I'm hoping that the healing will continue! Everyone tells me that time heals all wounds.but my thought is that justice doesn't hurt either! It was so fun to watch them all bursting with love for one another!
