What's in A Name: May 2009
http://whatsinaame.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 29, 2009. Lost, Found and Returned. It was a wet and dreary day on Wednesday. Too wet and rainy to go to the park and walk (which is my usual lunch time routine during the work week). Several of my friends invited me to join them at lunch, but . I declined. Although I could not walk, I was still drawn to the park. As I explained who I was, where I was and the reason for calling. he sighed that familiar sigh of relief. He said it would take him about 30 minutes to get there and asked i...When ...

What's in A Name: Thankful for...
http://whatsinaame.blogspot.com/2009/11/thankful-for.html
Wednesday, November 25, 2009. There are many things I am thankful for this Thanksgiving Eve. Friends, family, loved ones. Good health, happiness, but most of all - the unconditional love I get from my puppies. I have been blessed in many ways - for that - there is no question. I was empty and lost after Beth passed away. Lulu, is helping me find my way. and walking beside me each step of the way. Just as I saved her - she in turn, has saved me. And for that - I am truly thankful. Posted by Theresa Bates.

What's in A Name: Groomed Great Pyrenees
http://whatsinaame.blogspot.com/2009/10/groomed-great-pyrenees.html
Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Lulu went for her first visit ( that I know of ) to the Groomer on Saturday. Below are a few pictures of how she looked after coming home. The 'little guy' in the pictures is her best friend Oopy. For the costs involved versus me bathing her, its WELL worth the money! Posted by Theresa Bates. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What's in A Name: April 2009
http://whatsinaame.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 29, 2009. According to Merriam-Webster the definition is:. One entry found. . Me·di·o·cre. Middle French, from Latin . 160;middle Old Latin . 160;stony mountain; akin to Latin . 160;sharp — more at edge. 160;of moderate or low quality, value, ability, or performance :. Definition seems quiet mediocre to me. Lets face facts - if your work is 'mediocre' - you get reprimanded or worse - replaced. If your car is 'mediocre' you get it repair or worse - replaced. Hmmm - is today a grey day?

http://whatsinaame.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 31, 2009. Rescued from the Gordon County Animal Control On Friday, July 31st. She is 15 months old and a Great Pyrenees (mix? Does not look mixed - but who am I to say) She is very skittish right now. But follows me like a shadow. Wants to be touching me. and I am not going to complain about that! It will take her a few days to feel comfortable, so I guess that is why she is sticking so close. And yes - I LOVE IT! I will still shed my tears for Beth - and miss her. but I have a new baby ...

Thankfully, I was able to attend this year- I knew this would be an important March and I didn't want to miss it. I have to express my great pride in my fellow pro-lifers. Despite all that was working against us, we actually ended up with one of the largest turnouts in the history of the March! On the March that you should check out.
