Book a Ride or Row. Row 2,000 Meters, rest 3 minutes, Row 2,000 Meters. You will row 2,000 meters for time, rest for 3 minutes, and then row 2,000 meters for a total of 4,000 meters. Each workout has two scores. Score 4A:Time for the first 2,000 meter row. Score 4B: Total time for the first 2,000 meters and second 2,000 meters combined (4,000 meter time). Workout # 2 – SpinRow

Book a Ride or Row. Workout #2. Row 500 Meters, rest 1 minute, Row 1500 Meters. You will row for 500 meters for time, then rest for one minute. Once the rest period is up, you will row 1500 meters for a total of 2,000 meters. You may start the flywheel spinning during the rest period following the 500m row with 5 seconds remaining, so you are at full speed when the next 1500m interval begins. Each workout has two scores. Score 2A:Time for the 500 meter row. See video below for setup of the Concept 2 rower.

IMPORTANT: All participants MUST use the INTERVALS: TIME feature on a Concept 2 PM3, PM4 or PM5 monitor. Set the “work” time to 45 seconds and the “rest”time to 30 seconds.
