My “to read” list…. A little bit of Amharic. Injera and More →. July 9, 2008 · 6:15 pm. My most humbling moment. One afternoon our team invited some street kids (who have no home or family, they spend their lives begging on the street) to the school we had been working at in a town called Amboo to have a lunch. When we arrived at the school they were sitting under some trees waiting for us. I sat down anyway, and it only took a split second for those guys to make me realize what a fool I am. 3 responses ...

My “to read” list…. I had the opportunity to visit Ethiopia for a couple of weeks during the summer of 2008 with an organization called *Mocha Club (www.mochaclub.org) on one of the first trips they ever created. I went with a team of 15 individuals from across the U.S. with the hope and expectation of meeting kids at orphanages where they are at and loving them with the prayer that they would see Jesus through us. Thus begins this blog. Once you join, you can invite anyone to join and be on your team.
